This was a miserable workout today. My get up and go and got up and went before I even got in the pool. The first set of the main set was esssentially 1000 m straight swim. I had debated on even attending, but I’d already paid for it, so I hauled my butt out of bed and went . . . grudgingly. They had flags in funky places, the intervals were too fast (for today), I was tired, but I enjoyed the people.

I have no encouragement for you. It was all a blur. I think I’m going to take a nap. (LOL)
