Thursdays are usually stroke technique workout, but I wasn’t feeling it. Instead, I went with random. Basically, whatever I felt like doing at that moment, besides getting out–because I did consider it. LOL That’s how I ended up with the last 4 x 200 set. Yes, I really felt like swimming four 200s. Actually, if I’d had the time, it would’ve been five 200s on an interval. That’s not a normal workout for me, but it felt good just to swim and focus on catching more water with each pull with each consecutive 200. Some days, we just do what we can. I did descend them. The last was seven seconds faster than the first. It worked out. I worked out. LOL

Do what you do. Adjust as you need. Be happy. Stay healthy.
