There’s something about distance day that I find so relaxing. Yes, I know, I’m weird. We established that some time ago. LOL

Now, that we have that out of the way, we can focus on today’s workout. My goals today was to maintain a certain speed in R1 and get faster in the other two, obviously, with the final 200 being the fastest of them all. It was a success. I was quite surprised. Although I’ve certainly swum faster than what I did this morning, it was still a good swim. All of the 200s were under 2:50. The last three were 2:47/2:47/2:44. As I said, not my best times, but respectable.

So, do what you do. Adjust intervals, adjust distances, etc., as needed, and enjoy your swim time.
