Just trying to catch up with my workouts. The main set is a variation on one of my other mid disance workouts. (100-300-200) It’s just a build where you add 50 to each distance per round. It does make that final 200 sprint hard, but it’s all just training and for fun. (Yeah, fun. LOL)
