Yesterday’s main set focus was on pacing. My goal was to pace every single 100 at 1:25. Except for the 100s in the last round, which I swam on 1:24, all of the others were 1:25 pace. I was happy with that, if less happy with how hard it was to do. LOL

Remember, this set is designed for me, to push me. If it’s too easy or too hard, adjust the distances and intervals for you.
