Another month, another swim. Of course, this month will probably be fewer swims than last month and less yardage. I think I’m okay with that. LOL November was a little crazy.

For the main set, the even swims are the focus. (e.g., the second 100 is faster than the first of the round, etc.) These should be faster than the odds. Be sure to give yourself some wiggle room because if you take that first hundred out too fast, you’ll be hating the second. LOL

I accidentally signed up for double tomorrow. Yeah, it’s too late to change it. I guess I’m swimming for more than an hour.
