Even though I was still editing, I wanted to do some stroke technique. However, due to the number of people in the pool, I had to share the lane with two other people. That’s fine, but it does make it hard to work on technique. (Shrug) I did get some technique work in the warmup set, but I gave up in the main set. As it was, I was sometimes having to push off on the IMs :05 early or get behind one of the other swimmers. Unlike yesterday where just making the 200s on 3:00 was an accomplishment, I managed to descend the 75s by 5 seconds from the first to the fourth. At the end, I wanted to sprint four 25s, but time was running out. Getting a cool down was more important than those sprints. Also, I did sprint the 50s.
