Today I swam with SCAQ at my usual pool. I didn’t have to write my own workout. (Yay!) However, that meant I had to wait for someone to give it to me. I get impatient. LOL If you’re in the lane with me, you better be prepared to listen and keep moving. We have a limited time in the pool. I’m not wasting it. LOL

Clay Evans was the coach today. He’s not as organized as our other coaches, but he’s good at challenging us.
