As you may have noticed, if you even came by, I’ve been gone for an entire week. We went on vacation. No, I didn’t swim, if you don’t count traversing the Narrows in Zion National Park. Although I did get up to secure my swim slots early that first Monday morning, before I went to swim, I didn’t feel like it. I wasn’t ready to come home. It was so lovely out on the road. We just needed a few more nights at each place. Alas, we did what my husband termed as “the variety pack”. We had a great time. It was nice to get away and forget about all the crap going on in the world.
On to the workout. Honestly, I didn’t finish the last two hundreds of the main set. Instead, I converted them into my warm down. Had I had the time, it would’ve finished the set and then swam another 200 warm down. (Shrug) It was still a good workout.
