Today was less than fun and very humbling. Perhaps if I were one of my fast swimmer friends, it would be different, but I’m not. So, I was the slowest (significantly slower) swimmer in the lane today and constantly felt like I was interrupting the others’ workouts. They were too polite to say so. Or maybe I’m just fussing over it. Or maybe . . . (Sigh) Both are 20-30 years younger than me. However, I have friends my age who could keep up with them. Sadly, I’m not one of them.
Anyway, this is why you see the work out I have. I was trying to stay out of their way.
Tomorrow is another day. Hope your swim is more relaxing than mine was.

500 warmup (~7:30 min)
Warmup set (600 yds, 9:30 min)
3 x 200 on 3:10
Main set (1600 yds, 26:15 min)
Set 1 — 2x (1200 yds, 18:15 min)

R2: 3:00
Set 2 (400 yds, 8 min)
16 x 25 hard on :30 (for me :20 or better, because :20 was were I was at)
200 warm down
Total yards: 2900
