25–12.5 eggbeater hands out of the water/12.5 head up free
25–sprint to middle of the pool/10 second vertical kick/sprint the rest
25–elementary backstroke
Repeat the 75 3x

2 with breaststroke kick
2 with flutter kick
2 regular fly
6 x 25 back on :30
2 with dolphin kick
2 with breaststroke kick
