Today, I did something a little different for the 50-minute swim workout. I have to admit I’m a bit sad about my swimming lately. It’s been a slog the past month or so. Whether it’s the pseudo isolation of swimming a workout alone, or I’m burnt out, I don’t really know. Maybe it could be I’m just tired of writing my own workouts. LOL Tomorrow’s another day. We’ll see where that leads me. 🙂

50-minute swim workout, fun emphasis
