The first Monday of the month means butterfly. Sadly, I was tired and I could feel it. Yesterday, I swam 2 miles and then went out and cycled 22 miles. Apparently, while it might be good training, I felt it in the pool today. No speed, dying caterpillar butterfly, and just a push to keep swimming today, but I was in. Normally, I could’ve probably done set 1 of the main set 3x, but it just wasn’t in me. Oh, well, tomorrow’s another day.
