I wasn’t sure how the summer lap swimming was going to workout at the pool, but we still have space, so yay! We’ll see how things evolve over the summer. Hopefully, the amount of lap swim lanes doesn’t change from what it is now.
I believe I’ve done the main set workout before. It wasn’t easy. I wanted to swim it faster, but I did make the intervals . . . just. The last 100 back of each round was a hard push, and it still wasn’t as fast as I’d like it to be. (Sigh) I hadn’t meant to swim nine 50s in the warmup set, but I lost count. It’s all good, though.
