I swam with the master’s team today. Our coach was the ever inventive, and challenging, Bill Bean. He knows just how for to push us without drowning us. 🙂 This one was no different. As there were 10 lanes, these sets were given as: base time or base time +/-5 seconds. My lane’s base time was 1:30. It’s pretty easy to adjust. Just use your base time. 🙂
