Swimming was longer than usual today. Someone in the previous session threw up in the pool. (Ew!) They had to clean it out and shock the pool. So, I waited another hour before getting in. I still managed a decent set. A little different, but I’m missing my regular workouts. It’s why I added the IM in. I’m unsure how I’ll sprint tomorrow. We’ll see.
