No, I didn’t swim yesterday. However, I did today. It was lovely. The goal was to swim all of set 1 at 1:25 100 pace or better. I managed that for all but the 500, which was on 1:26. So, pretty good. I’m happy with it. My goal for the last 200 and 100 of the set was to swim those faster than the 1:25 100 pace, which I did.
It was a good workout.
