55-minute swim workout, breaststroke emphasis

500 warmup (~7:25 min)

Warmup set 2x (600 yds, 11:20 min)
8 x 25 on :30
Odds: breaststroke drill
Evens: breaststroke
100 on 1:40

Main set (1750 yds, ~30 min)
Set 1 (1200 yds, 20 min)
4 x 100 IMs on 1:45
4 x 75 on 1:20 (1st 25 in IM order)
8 x 50 on 1:00
Odds: breast hard
Evens: easy free
4 x 25 on :30–hard breast

50 easy

Set 2 (500 yds, 8:30 min)
2 x 100 IMs on 1:45
2 x 75 on 1:15 (1st 25 IM order)
2 x 50 on 1:00 (same as above)
2 x 25 on :30—hard breaststroke
