While I have this listed as a sprint workout, I didn’t really swim it that way. I was fatigued today and only truly pushed the last round of the main set. It could’ve been so much more, but . . . it wasn’t. Some days are just like that. That was today. I hope yours was better. 🙂

Main set 3x (1800 yds, 30 min)
3 x 100s on R1: 1:35/R2: 1:30/R3: 1:25
3 x 50s on R1: :55/R2: :50/R3: :45
6 x 25 on R1: :35/R2: :30/R3: :25
