Usually, Fridays are sprint day, but, since I did a lactic workout yesterday, I figured today I’d take it easy. So, this is my version of taking it easy. (I don’t do well just sitting in water. LOL) After the warmup set, all of the sets for free were base plus :05, and all of the backs were base plus :10. Everything was just kind of set to cruise, which was exactly what I needed. Amazingly enough, I had my own lane. 🙂

As ever, adjust the intervals and distances as needed for you and have fun.
