Long course is not nearly as much fun to swim on my own. Perhaps it’s because I’m not used to the distance, but, also, I like the variety of short course. With long course, all of the workouts are denominations of 50, of course. Also, this was the first day without a pull buoy. It felt weird to kick again. Perhaps as time passes, I’ll enjoy it more. This was my first day at a new facility.
