I swam with a friend today, which is always fun, but it’s hard because he was down at the other end of the lane. Since we hadn’t planned our sets beforehand, after each set, we had to swim to the “middle” of the pool to decide what we were going to do next. Also, he was late getting in as he had to get in on standby, which meant they wouldn’t let him in until 10 after. This is why you see that I swam 850 before starting the warmup set. The main set was a little harder than I thought it would be.
