This workout was meant to be 3200 yards. Unfortunately, I missed it by 50 because we were let into the facility a little late. This 50-minute swim workout requires 49:45 min if you keep the same intervals I have. I’m pleased with how I swam today. I seem to get into a groove when I swim longer distances. I still have to write down yesterday’s workout, but I’ll get to that tonight. Hopefully, this will inspire some of you. 🙂 Be sure to adjust the intervals to times that work for you.

3 x 100 on 1:40/1:35/1:30
Main set 3x (2100 yds, 31:45 min)
100 on 1:35
400 on R1: 6:00/R2: 5:55/R3: 5:50
200 on R: 3:00/R2: 3:05/R3: 3:10
