3 x 75 IM order on 1:20 (Fly/Back/Br, Back/Br/Fr, etc.)
75 free on 1:20

Main set (1400 yds, 25:10 min)
Set 1 — 2x (800 yds, 13:20 min)
3 x 100 IM on 1:40
100 free on 1:40

Set 2 (600 yds, 11:50 min)
3 x 75 IM no free on 1:20
75 on 1:20
:30 rest
4 x 50 IM order on 1:00
4 x 25 IM order on :30

1:00 rest

100 hard IM (sprint if you’ve got it, or sink like me. 🤪)
